Strellson Pedal Challenge

Strellson is a successful Swiss men’s fashion and lifestyle brand that continues to offer exceptional Euro style and innovation with every collection. For spring/summer 2012, Strellson partnered with renowned bike manufacturer Bianchi to create The Rolling Style – White Edition, an uber cool urban bike wear collection complete with suits you can bike to work in, as well as a fixed gear Dutch style Strellson Bianchi Bike.

To maximize awareness and excitement of the collection, Dig created a media and consumer Strellson Pedal Challenge that took place in the window at the Bay Queen St. Challengers from some of Toronto’s top online, print and broadcast media pedaled head-to-head to win money for their charity of choice. The media challenge kicked-off the three week consumer component whereby contestants raced for a chance to win a fabulous spring wardrobe and a Strellson Bianchi bike.

As Strellson’s AOR, Dig handled all PR, event and marketing aspects of the Strellson Pedal Challenge.

Centro Restaurant and Lounge – 25th Anniversary

Culinary icon Centro has been consistently voted as one of Toronto (and Canada’s) top fine dining restaurants since it opened its doors in 1986. Over the years, it has been the training ground for many of Canada’s top chefs including Marc Thuet, Chris McDonald, Michael Bonaccini, Frank Parhizgar, and Jason Lee.

Dig was called upon to PR their 25th year, commencing the celebration with an exclusive media lunch that launched their Alumni Dinner Series (featuring a five-course tasting menu from an Alumni Chef each month reminiscent of their time at Centro) and introduced Centro’s new Executive Chef Symon Abad.

Since the kick-off, Chef Symon Abad has shared his recipes and culinary expertise on the likes of TORO Magazine, Breakfast Television and Canada AM. Centro was also most recently voted top 10 in esteemed restaurant reviewer Joanne Kate’s top Toronto restaurant feature in the Village Post.

Toni Plus 20th Year Anniversary

Founded by Canadian retail innovator Toni Tiraborelli, Toni Plus is celebrating a true retail milestone – 20 years of bringing stylish, high-end designer fashion to curvy Canadians whose previous fashion offerings were “missy” at best.

Dig developed and executed a 20th Anniversary media campaign that brought together Canada’s premiere fashion and lifestyle for a preview of their spring collection at their shop-in-shop at the Bay. Dig also created a Plus Size Fashion media tour that garnered attention and coverage on the likes of Breakfast Television Toronto, Breakfast Television Calgary, Cityline and the Marilyn Denis Show.
